A 75^th anniversary celebration for this family owned and operated logistics company. Royal Blue was asked to develop a theme and design a fun holiday event for all staff and a guest to celebrate this incredible milestone. The concept of ‘Strong roots. Reliable Routes.’ was inspired by the ‘Google Maps Pin’ and the strong foundation on which this organisation was built, and the various locations around the world that this team service. This also provided a great way to incorporate the many different cultures and ethnicities of the staff.

The event was divided into zones with areas for India, New York, London and Paris with various props including a red London phone box, Eiffel Tower, Statue of Liberty and an Indian Tuk Tuk (rickshaw). Each area was also marked with a large Google Pin which consisted of a QR code to play some online games and answer trivia questions that led to winning prizes. A custom menu was also developed to compliment the event concept with food stations from around the world.

To further add to the celebration experience, all staff and their guests were offered a one night stay at One King West Hotel & Residence so that they could fully enjoy the evening. Welcome gifts in the room included champagne and a customized anniversary blanket.
