Choice Properties hosted ‘Scarborough Proud’ a six-week activation series in Scarborough at the Golden Mile Plaza. Part of the parking lot was transformed into a gathering place for the local community to connect, play and  celebrate its mosaic of cultures. The program includes various health and fitness classes, a community activation, pop up vendors and outdoor games.

This is a prime example of elevating the event experience for attendees and engaging them in new ways. The activation included step classes with Jully Black, custom benches that looked like playful blocks, branded shipping containers for the pop-up vendors, a beautiful ground and building mural painted by a local artist, branded giant games, and a community board that allowed guests to interact and share their pride of the city in which they live.

Royal Blue was engaged for full project management which included event design, site planning, all logistics, vendor and supplier coordination and execution of the onsite plans. The impressive site is gained a lot of attention at a busy intersection and the overall response was very positive.
