Your Health Matters is an annual hybrid summit hosted by Obesity Matters. This day long event offers a packed agenda with educational sessions for the community and professionals as well as live cooking demos. There are various sponsors that support the event and a number of exhibitors that showcase their products and services to the attendees. Approximately 150 attend this event with a further 200 online.

Royal Blue was engaged to provide guidance and support in establishing a suitable strategy for an annual event of this kind. Duties include project and budget management, contract negotiations, floor planning,  and delivery of all aspects of the conference. This included sponsorship solicitation, guidance on ticket sales and registration strategies, all venue and technical logistics, marketing and sponsorship support, event flow design and onsite execution.
