The Canadian Coalition of Women in Science, Engineering, Trades and Technology (CCWESTT) 2024 Conference took place in Victoria BC. Building on the knowledge and experience of 30 years of conferences, the themes focused on overcoming systemic barriers towards gender equity in SETT (science, engineering, trades, and technology). Gathering with the community for crucial conversations and collectively led to opportunities to foster actions for change.

The event was planned remotely from Toronto and executed in Victoria BC. There were multiple plenaries, breakout sessions board meetings, networking receptions and a closing gala, as well as a policy forum. The event ran over a four-day period and included many sponsors, exhibitors, volunteers and special guests. 

Royal Blue was engaged to help project manage the event and deliver all aspects of the conference including onsite delivery. Services also included sponsorship solicitation, guidance on ticket sales and registration strategies, all venue and technical logistics, speaker contracts, marketing support, event flow design and execution. We led the volunteer and steering committees and provided regular updates to leadership.
