We are pleased to announce that we are ready for the return of safe, in-person gatherings. Whatever this new ‘normal’ shapes into, we have taken the steps necessary to enhance our understanding of the pandemic and Covid-19 and what measures event professionals need to take when producing events in a post pandemic world. The following courses have been completed:

Pandemic Compliance Advisor (PCA) course for event and meeting industry professionals. The course is offered by the Health Education Services in the US and provides an overview of safety protocols to operate face to face meetings responsibly during a pandemic. Going beyond the basics of social distancing, mask-wearing, and frequent hand sanitization, there are myriad considerations to cultivate safe environments. With a Pandemic Compliance Advisor (PCA) on our team, it is our duty to ensure that these safe practices are implemented, communicated, and effectively carried out throughout the entire event cycle.

Hybrid & Virtual Event Director Certification by the Event Leadership Institute. With the continued prevalence and increase in multi-channel (virtual and hybrid) events, this course provided extensive knowledge in the virtual and hybrid technical production field as well as the skills necessary to execute and deliver successful events.

Pandemic On-Site Protocol offered by the Event Leadership Institute in partnership with Meeting Professionals International (MPI). This courses covers all we need to know about staying safe onsite, guidance to identify and suppress risks, and skills to handle, mitigate and de-escalate non-compliance issues should they arise. From internal and external team member preparedness to site assessment and managing guest logistics, this course provided tactical knowledge to monitor and maintain a safe environment for all onsite event staff including volunteers, vendors, suppliers, production crews and guests.
